| Click Here to make a tax-deductible contribution. The Endowment Fund was begun at ACMI'07 when a special gift of $2,500 was given towards a Silver Anniversary Conference Endowment Fund. We are seeking to raise $25,000 for the Fund and to use the interest generated by the Fund towards needs of future annual ACMI conferences. |

| ACMI | Association of Christians Ministering among Internationals |
The Association of Christians Ministering among Internationals (ACMI) is a bi-national (Canadian/USA) network of volunteers and staff with ministries among international students throughout North America.
ACMI was conceived at the first North American Consultation of International Student Ministries (ISM) in 1981. Since 1982 it has sponsored an annual, national conference for equipping and networking individuals (paid staff and volunteers) interested or involved in ISM from local churches, campus ministries, mission agencies, denominations, and other para-church ministries. This conference usually averages 50 workshops as part of the program.
ACMI membership provides several exclusive privileges and benefits, including the option to be on ACMI's email network, plus access to the members-only website (see log-in "Access for ACMI Members" box) which among other things contains the national directory of current and former members.
Browse through this public ACMI website to obtain current news, knowledge of approaching ISM-related events, and a variety of ISM "ministry resources."

| NAFSA's Christian "SIG" |
A Christian "Specific Interest Group" (SIG) of NAFSA: Association of International Educators will soon be establishing a new website. Look for the link to be announced here soon.
Originally the National Association of Foreign Student "Advisors," (later "Affairs"), many Christian International Student Advisors and other members of NAFSA used to gather together within their national conventions at the invitation of Dr. Jack Burke.
Jack also shared in the founding vision of ACMI back in 1981 and has written a paper to appear on this Christian SIG website in which he shares "Lessons Learned in Service to International Students."
ISMers have found NAFSA membership and participation in Regional or National conferences to be valuable for professional development, gaining broader perspectives of international student services, exposure to new resources, and beneficial networking and opportunities to build trust and reduce barriers with campus administration and staff. For information about NAFSA, see: www.NAFSA.org
